If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:

2. Identification of the material and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our Terms of Service.

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and convert any images they submit to our service. By uploading content, users represent and warrant that:

• They own or have permission to use the uploaded content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• They grant us permission to process the content as described in our Terms of Service
